April 1-2, Weekend

April 1- Miss Christine presented at Middleburg Elementary’s 4th & 5th Grader Career Fair. She talked about being a dance teacher & business owner.

April 2- The Performance Team competed at The Power of Dance Competition in Lancaster, PA. We represented the Kelsey’s Dream organization (Mifflinburg, PA), earning awards & a donation to this charity, fighting childhood cancer.

Our petite tap group, PARTY (birthday party theme), earned a special judge’s award for being “the perfect little package.” We had a birthday girl in the group that day who got to accept the award.

Our junior jazz soloist & ballet soloist won 1st & 2nd overall in junior age solos for their division. All six of our routines did a beautiful job on stage, earning Diamond & Ruby awards. Their teachers Miss Christine, Miss Olivia, Miss Stacey, & Miss Megan are so proud of them.

Onto the Groove Dance Competition in Chester, NJ the weekend of April 22nd.
