As we dive into the rapidly approaching holiday season, we will be participating in a flurry of events to kick off this joyous time of the year! Every Saturday in December, starting on the 3rd until the 17th, Downtown Dance will be partaking in a holiday event to get Lewisburg into the holiday spirit.
On December 3rd at 1:00pm, Downtown Dance will be participating in the Victorian Christmas Parade, where we will be dancing to an Alice in Wonderland-themed montage. So look for us in the parade, and don’t forget to purchase your t-shirt for this event on http://downtowndance.spreadshirt.com if you’d like one!
On December 10th at 11:00am, Downtown Dance will be joining Lewisburg’s Barnes & Noble for its Grinch Day event. We will be holding a Grinch-themed creative dance class that is free and open to the public. Bring your kids to this event for some mischievous fun!
Finally, on December 17th at 2:00pm, a small ballet group from Downtown Dance will be performing at the Campus Theatre right before the viewing of “Miracle on 34th Street”. Come see our little ballerinas, and bring a canned food for free admission into the movie!
